SWITCH CONTROL / METHANOL INJECTION MAPPING

Injection switch on/off is based on X-axis engine rev and Y-coordinate output of load shaft. 1 stands for ON and 0 stands for OFF. The status displays ON when switching on, and displays OFF when shutting off.
80% means large amount of methanol
20% means small amount of methanol
Methanol injection output power is based on X-axis engine rev and Y-coordinate output of the load shaft. The output power ranges from 0% to 100%. The larger the data is, the higher the output power. 0% means 0% duty cycle; 100% means full power 100% duty cycle.
BATTERY VOLTAGE CORRECTION
Automatically correct battery voltage can be adjusted to prevent different output timing due to unstable output voltage when the vehicle alternator is running. This can not only correct ineffective working hours, but also stabilize the system.
When the battery voltage correction is turning on at 100%, the volume of
methanol can be injected the same as output power.
When the battery voltage correction is turning on at 50%, it will compensate
for relative high and low voltages.
When the battery voltage correction is turning on at 0%, the power output will
not be calibrated.
BOOST PRESSURE SETTING
The maximum boost pressure can be set to prevent
the engine from being overcharged.
LOW LIQUID LEVEL AUTO SHUTDOWN SETTING
Enabling the auto shutdown function results in the
system automatically shutting down when the methanol
liquid level in the tank falls below the safe limit.
CYLINDER CAPACITY SETTING
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 different engines speed
are supported.
BATTERY VOLTAGE CORRECTION
The display of data traffic can be turning on/off by selecting the below switch options from 1-10, so the adjustment of computer data can be more convenient.
CLOUD MAPPING DATA DOWNLOAD
Car models and data can be selected through online cloud system. Multiple purposes in one machine make the performance setting more easily.
